Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) may begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
You can track your package on our website or directly on the carrier’s tracking page.
Address or Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Approved changes may require 1–2 additional business days to process.
- Email us at support@footwearstorm.com with your order number and the updated information.
Tracking Number Not Updating
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear after your package ships.
If your tracking number still doesn’t update after 3 business days, please contact support@footwearstorm.com and we’ll help you.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Late Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can check the shipment status with the carrier and assist you further.
