Refund policy

At Footwearstorm, we’re committed to providing stylish, functional, and reliable products for everyday use. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains how we can help.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • You may request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, so changes may not be possible.
  • To request an update, please email support@footwearstorm.com and include your order number and the details of your request.

Returns

  • Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized items, Gift cards

How to start a return:

Email support@footwearstorm.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is eligible, we will send return instructions (and a prepaid return label when applicable).

Return Shipping Fees

We cover return shipping only if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Note: Our return shipping coverage mainly applies to manufacturing defects or damage that happened during shipping.

Exchanges

We can offer exchanges for:

  • Items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described
  • Size or color changes (excluding sale items and custom items)

To request an exchange, contact support@footwearstorm.com. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags.
