Please review your order details—size, design, quantity—carefully before confirming. Due to our quick processing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.
If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order to cancel and reorder. If you have questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Canceling Orders
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Orders outside this window may already be processed or shipped.
A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be provided.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged
- Received design differs from the order
- Size or material is incorrect
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product description does not match
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Defects must be due to our error
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defects
